Primary Responsibilities:
1. Maintain client agreements for assigned accounts, keep ongoing contact with clients to strengthen relationships, develop processes, improve cost efficiencies, and resolve service-related issues. Retain clients through excellent service, help develop revenue targets, expand revenue opportunities, and increase profitability from additional business.
2. Communicate with all service entities involved in account-related projects to establish relationships that provide outstanding services and ensure on-time, within-budget performance. Negotiate vendor pricing to achieve client cost savings and maintain company margins.
3. Resolve unforeseen circumstances and service issues. Identify root causes and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
4. Work with subject matter experts to understand product inventories, plan drawings, analyze pricing, and create accurate client proposals in a professional, customized manner, adhering to contractual guidelines. Assist with creating marked-up floor plans in an electronic format, illustrating modifications and the movement of personnel, finalizing move matrices, and submitting as required.
5. Define scope changes to increase budgets and reduce potential write-offs. Research service delivery issues, collaborate with relevant parties to meet client expectations, and develop solutions to prevent issues from recurring.
6. Report on relevant metrics such as volume, claims, costs, and KPIs.
7. Coordinate, manage, and audit services to ensure performance metrics are consistently met.
8. Conduct business reviews as applicable.
9. Ensure compliance with invoicing and billing to maintain timely cash flow. Assist collections when receivables become aged or when invoice payment obstacles arise.
10. Track all billable and non-billable time and expenses related to projects using required systems within specified timeframes.
Position Requirements:
Skills:
* Proficient in MS Office suite.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Experience in the commercial relocation industry.
Education:
* Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Alternatively, 3 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Experience:
* Technical knowledge and understanding of job requirements.
* 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.
Anticipated salary range: $50,000-$55,000, with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), health insurance, employee assistance program, paid time off, holidays, life insurance, and disability coverage.
