Salary: Base pay is £14.23** per hour
**After probation, you could earn a performance bonus up to 20% and enhanced pay for meeting KPIs.
Shift available: Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm (36 hours per week)
Training: January 2026, 4 weeks Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (36 hours per week)
Location: Based at Radar Road, Leicester, with the option to work from home after 6-9 months, subject to eligibility.

* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Japanese
* Prior customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre or customer-facing role
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills, thriving in fast-paced environments
* Enthusiastic and empathetic approach to resolving customer concerns
