Personal Assistant (Part Time) – ALS Inspection UK Location: Prescot Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00-13:00 Overview Due to continued activity within ALS Inspection UK, we’re looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to play a key role at the heart of our leadership team. You’ll provide trusted, confidential support to the Executive General Manager and General Manager while owning the coordination of global travel, accommodation and visa arrangements for our people. The Role (Day to Day) Executive support: diary/meeting coordination, correspondence and general administration Management Meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes and distribute actions (confidentially) Travel booking: global travel/accommodation/visas, ensuring authorisation and best value ISOS travel tracker: upload all travel and support staff with itinerary changes while travelling Client support: assist with accommodation/transport arrangements end-to-end (out of hours contact as needed) Legal admin: coordinate legalisation of paperwork, including liaison with notary and internal stakeholders Provide wider admin support and occasional out-of-hours work as reasonably required The Essentials GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English Experience as an Executive Assistant/PA (or similar) Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Teams/SharePoint Competent use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline administrative tasks such as drafting and polishing communications, summarising documents, generating first-pass reports, and improving workflow efficiency while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
