Office Manager / Executive Assistant Location: Bracknell Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm Benefits: 25 days annual leave BH's, pension, private healthcare, hybrid working 1 day a week and opportunities for career progression Are you a highly organised, proactive professional looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same? We are recruiting an experienced Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and owners of a well established business based in Bracknell. The Role This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll act as the right hand to the Managing Director, managing diaries, meetings, travel, and reporting, while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office operations. You'll also support wider business functions including HR, marketing, finance, and administration, contributing to cross-departmental efficiency. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level executive support including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence. Oversee office operations, liaise with suppliers, manage processes, and support company events. Act as a point of contact for staff queries; assist HR, Marketing, Finance Managers where required. Collate and format reports, track actions, manage documentation, and support Directors with marketing and social media tasks. Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager, ideally in a busy, owner-managed environment. Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills; confident producing presentations, reports, and working on bids or tenders. HR, Marketing, Bids/Tenders experience all beneficial but not essential. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Professional, approachable, and discreet with strong communication skills.
