Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. The role is hybrid, involving work at our office and client locations.
You will build strong partnerships with doctors, aestheticians, and therapists, helping them grow their aesthetic businesses using our products.
As part of our sales team, you will drive new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
Scope
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through outreach, networking, and industry events.
* Deliver product demonstrations to promote our devices.
* Achieve sales and lead generation targets in your territory.
* Understand the aesthetic device market thoroughly.
* Create strategic plans to enter target markets and identify growth opportunities.
* Prospect and acquire new customers such as medical spas, clinics, and salons.
* Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
* Expand the client base through referrals and partnerships.
* Gain comprehensive knowledge of our devices, their applications, and benefits.
* Demonstrate value and become a trusted advisor to clients.
* Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
* Increase revenue from existing accounts by understanding customer needs.
* Position our devices as superior solutions in the market.
* Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
* Manage client portfolios and support their success.
* Collect reviews and testimonials from clients.
* Maintain CRM database.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven record.
* Experience in the medical/aesthetics industry is preferred.
* Desire to sell capital equipment with top compensation.
* Valid driver’s license.
Salary & Benefits
* Uncapped commissions and bonuses (£70,000 - £90,000 OTE).
