Job Title: Senior Project ManagerSalary: £70,000 - £80,000 DOELocation: Swindon, UKJob Type: PermanentOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex design & build projects. This is a hands-on role combining project delivery, client engagement and commercial responsibility.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.Lead projects from pre-construction through to on-site delivery.Manage design and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.Take ownership of commercial aspects, from design fees through to overall project cost.Manage project risks and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.Provide leadership on projects, mentoring engineers and site managers.Experience and Qualifications Required:Proven experience delivering complex design & build projects within a contracting environment.Strong commercial and programme management skills.Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or a relevant engineering discipline (preferred).Professional qualifications (e.g. MCIOB, CEng) desirable.Full UK driving license required.How to apply: Apply to e.smailes@x4lifesciences.com to learn more about the role or connect with me on LinkedIn to hear about regular job updates available with X4 Life Sciences.
