Head Pizzaiolo - Leamington Spa
Salary: ÂŁ39,250 per annum + tronc + up to 32% bonus paid quarterly

Now we’re looking for an exceptional Head Pizzaiolo to lead from the front — someone who lives and breathes authentic Neapolitan pizza and knows exactly what it takes to create consistently incredible pizzas, every single service. This is not just another pizza chef role.
We’re specifically looking for someone with strong Neapolitan pizza experience — from dough fermentation and stretching techniques to managing a high-volume Neapolitan kitchen and developing a top-performing pizzaiolo team.

1. Proven experience working with authentic Neapolitan pizza
2. Confidence running a fast-paced pizza kitchen
3. Strong knowledge of dough management, fermentation, hydration and oven control
4. Experience training and developing pizzaiolos to deliver consistently high standards

As Head Pizzaiolo, you’ll be the heartbeat of the pizza kitchen — leading your team, championing authentic Neapolitan techniques, and ensuring every pizza that leaves the pass is worthy of the Rudy’s name. You’ll own:
