We are looking for a General Manager to manage this hotel and lead the hotel operationally.

Job Description
What We Are Seeking
* Be responsible for the entire Hotel operation and standards of the products and services.
* Have razor focus on commercial strategies and look for ways to maximize profit.
* Manage and lead the team to ensure safe, efficient and effective daily hotel operations.
* Embrace change and drive improvements in performance and implement strategies in line with business objectives.
Skills & Experience
* Be passionate about leading a successful hotel team.
* Have a minimum of three years’ experience as a General Manager in upscale hotels.
* Be an expert in hotel operations, a strong commercial leader with a proven track record in financial performance, guest and team member engagement.
* Excel in communication at all levels of the business.
* Be experienced in managing owner relationships and understand franchised environments.
* Have knowledge of the London market (very beneficial).
