Role Profile
The company’s sustained growth has created an opening for an Interior Space Planner / Designer. This role is pivotal in generating innovative space plans and layouts, detailing rooms, fittings, and accessories, and producing compelling 3D visuals for client presentations.
Key Responsibilities
* Create detailed space plans and layouts tailored to client needs.
* Detail up rooms, including fittings and accessories, to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
* Produce high-quality 3D visuals for presentations.
* Collaborate with sales representatives during client visits to provide expert insights.
* Stay abreast of product developments and market trends to inform design choices.
Requirements
* Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Modo, Vectorworks, or Sketch Up is beneficial.
* A solid understanding of space planning and interior design principles.
* Degree in Interior Design or relevant field experience.
* Experience in commercial or domestic interior projects.
* Practical, technically minded with strong mathematical and analytical skills.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a customer-facing orientation.
