Job Description

Are you passionate about sustainability and ready to start your career with a global leader in security and detection technologies? Smiths Detection is looking for a motivated graduate to join our team as a
Sustainability Coordinator
. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive real change, grow your expertise, and make a meaningful impact in a business that operates on a worldwide scale.

What you'll do

* Track ESG performance indicators and targets across the business.
* Support sustainability-related activities across departments like Operations, R&D, Facilities, and Procurement.
* Collect and verify ESG data for divisional reporting, contributing to internal and external reports.
* Assist in coordinating sustainability projects, monitoring progress, and sharing updates with stakeholders.
* Stay up to date on emerging ESG regulations and help prepare documentation for compliance.
* Engage with teams globally to promote sustainability awareness and best practices.
* Collaborate with internal teams to promote sustainability awareness and best practices.

Qualifications

* A degree in
Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field
.
* A genuine passion for sustainability and ESG issues, with a desire to make an impact.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with confidence in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
* Stay informed on emerging ESG regulations and standards.
