What You Will Do
Independently chair and facilitate multi-agency safeguarding meetings, ensuring a child- or adult-focused approach.
Provide clear, authoritative guidance to ensure best practice in safeguarding procedures and policy compliance.
Monitor and review safeguarding plans, holding agencies accountable for progress and outcomes.
Collaborate with partners across health, education, and law enforcement to drive shared safeguarding priorities.
Champion quality assurance, supporting learning and continuous improvement through case analysis and reflective practice.
Manage complex safeguarding cases with professionalism, offering both support and appropriate challenge.
