Area Sales Manager – Premium Interior Decorative Paint & Decorative Materials We're seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Area Sales Manager to join a premium interiors paint brand. This is a unique opportunity to represent a global name renowned for its innovation, interior colour expertise, and interior products quality. Territory: London & South East (candidates must be based within 15 miles of London Key Responsibilities: * Develop and expand the brand’s presence within the independent building material retail channel/ Independent Home Improvement Retailers. * Build strong partnerships with specialist independent retailers and interior designers to secure long-term growth. * Achieve agreed sales and profit targets through new business development and account management. * Drive sales to premium professional painters and company-owned showrooms. * Represent the brand at exhibitions and industry events. Ideal Candidate: * Proven track record of selling into independent building materials / home improvement retailers & interior designers. * Minimum 3 years’ field sales experience in home improvement, interiors, or building materials. * Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills. * Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently in a field-based role. * Passionate about design, vibrant colours and premium interior products.
