We’re hiring: Corporate Associate (5+ PQE) – 4-day week, 100% salary, fully remote (with optional office access)

About the role
You’ll be joining our Corporate & Commercial team (IMD Corporate), working on a broad range of corporate matters for UK and international clients, including founders, investors, scale-ups, and established businesses.
This is a senior, hands-on role. You will be trusted to run matters independently, think commercially, and deliver work to a high standard with minimal supervision. Commercial contracts experience is an advantage, but strong corporate capability is essential.
The work is varied, often complex, and frequently cross-border. You won’t be siloed. You’ll be expected to think, adapt, and step into new challenges with confidence.

This role is for you if:
You are 5+ PQE (Associate / Senior Associate level) in Corporate law
You have experience across a wide range of corporate matters
You are comfortable working independently and making sound judgement calls
You are not afraid of new or unfamiliar work and can research, learn, and deliver to a high standard
You have been actively involved in business development and building your professional reputation
You have some level of client following or demonstrable BD success, with ambition to grow this further
You value culture, humility, and team-first behaviour as much as technical excellence
