Operating at scale across multiple sites, the organisation continues to grow its vehicle division and is now seeking a Vehicle Appraiser.This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy, efficiency and strong customer engagement are central to success. The role will suit someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of vehicle condition assessment, who is confident working both independently and as part of a wider operational team.Key ResponsibilitiesInspecting vehicles prior to auction to determine condition and valueConducting detailed vehicle assessments in line with internal processes and standardsIdentifying and recording damage, repair requirements and overall vehicle conditionLiaising with corporate clients and internal stakeholders in a professional mannerSupporting the wider vehicle operations team with accurate reporting and documentationEnsuring all inspections are completed efficiently and to required deadlinesSkills & Experience RequiredPrevious experience in vehicle inspection, body shop environment or automotive tradeStrong understanding of vehicle structure, condition assessment and repair processesGood interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when dealing with corporate clientsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyStrong IT skills with the ability to record and manage data effectivelyAbility to work independently and manage workload effectivelyReliable, hard-working and adaptable approachFull UK driving licence held for a minimum of 3 yearsDesirable ExperienceAdditional experience in body shop, mechanical or vehicle damage assessment environments would be advantageousTraining & DevelopmentFollowing successful completion of a 6-month probationary period, the successful candidate will receive full industry-specific training to support further development within the role.Working HoursMonday to Friday-minute lunch break)Whats on OfferStable, full-time position within a structured operational environmentTraining and development opportunities following probationExposure to a wide and varied range of vehicle types and corporate clientsSupportive team environment with long-term career potentialHit apply and a member of our team will be in touch with further information.WHJS1_NI
