Your new role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant for Hasmonean High School for Girls. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs to succeed academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and in-class support for students with SEND, including Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD, and Global Developmental Delay.
* Understand and respond to the individual challenges faced by students with additional needs.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to promote student progress and inclusion.
The ideal candidate will
* Be patient, empathetic, and adaptable.
* Have knowledge of common SEND conditions and related barriers.
* Be confident in delivering tailored support sessions.
Full training will be provided to help you understand the specific needs of the students you will support.
