GRW Talent’s client Halo Benefits is an early-stage, purpose-driven organisation based in Edinburgh. We’re building a platform that helps UK employers offer workplace nursery benefits through existing HMRC tax rules; ultimately making childcare more affordable for families.
* As a Grassroots Community Manager, you’ll play a central role in growing awareness and excitement around this initiative. You’ll use your natural relationship-building skills to connect with parents, nurseries, and local networks -helping us create a positive movement that genuinely benefits working families.
* Community Engagement & Outreach - Build warm, supportive relationships with local nurseries, parents, parent groups, and community organisations.
* Program & Event Coordination - Organise community workshops, information sessions, and engagement events.
* Communication & Relationship Building - be a trusted, approachable point of contact for parents, nurseries, and local partners. Manage social groups and channels to keep communities connected and informed.
* Partnership Development - Collaborate with nurseries, schools, and local networks to grow awareness.

Your base salary of £30-35,000 will come with Childcare support, including the option to use our own benefit scheme and Super-flexible working arrangements designed with parents and carers in mind—work from home, school-hours patterns, and generous holidays.
