Chef Northampton Contract: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £14.30 per hour Hours: 11.30a.m - 7.00p.m per week A stunning B&I location in Northampton for a UK based trade & retail company. Catering from approximately 1100 people daily. This is a 24/7 operation with catering offerd between 24 hr. There is daily hospitality requests at this location. This is a 7-day a week operation so working patterns will be 5 days out of 7. Additional benefit to this location is free on site parking. Key responsibilities: To work well in a team, Working alonside assisting the Chef team providing, Lunch, and over see p.m shift providing them with a great customer experince and providing the daily menu for all To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled. Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed. Excellent customer service skills You will have the following skills: A genuine interest in food & excellent customer service An all-round team player Innovation and passion for great food An organised person with attention to detail Knowledge / competencies Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English. Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
