Juice Cheltenham is supporting a client in their search for a Strategic Customer Experience Manager, based in Stroud.
The role involves overseeing the customer journey, leading a team, and building relationships with strategic accounts to deliver service excellence.
Core Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end service delivery for strategic accounts
* Lead a team to assess and meet customer needs
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet regulatory and service targets
* Support debt recovery processes
* Assist Business Sales in new business pitches
* Develop and introduce new services through effective communication
* Coordinate with third parties to meet service targets
* Work with Legal, Compliance, and Finance for audits
* Lead recruitment strategies
* Coach team through development programs
* Contribute to growth and customer experience strategies
* Deliver against cost and business plans
Skills and Experience
* Experience in B2B energy industry (Essential)
* Leadership experience
* Senior-level customer relationship management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Data analysis and opportunity identification
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to manage meetings and set agendas
* Strategic thinking and networking skills
* Self-motivated and results-oriented
