Support Worker - Assisted Discharge
Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire (On-site)
Salary: £24,479 per annum, pro rata
Hours: 21 per week (working pattern to be discussed at interview)
Contract: Fixed term contract (post ending on 31st March 2027 with potential to extend)
Additional Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (held for a minimum of 2 years)
