Your duties as a HGV Yard Operative will include:
* Safely collecting and delivering customer vehicles promptly and professionally
* Assist with MOT preparation
* Conducting road tests, brake tests, and supporting workshop activities
* Assisting in maintaining workshop and yard standards
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* Supporting team members with additional on-site tasks
The ideal candidate for the role of HGV Yard Operative will possess:
* Previous experience in a HGV driving role, ideally within the automotive sector
* A full UK driving licence with clean driving record and HGV Class 1 licence
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* A proactive approach to work and a team-oriented mindset
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
