Admin Support Officer - Nottingham (Full-Time, Office-Based)
We're currently recruiting for an Admin Support Officer to join a well-established team working across Housing Repairs dealing with Contractors in Nottingham.

• Full-time, office-based role in Nottingham
• Ongoing contract
What the Admin Support Officer will receive:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the project team
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support communication between contractors, residents, and internal teams
• Handle queries professionally and provide timely updates
• Assist with general office duties, reporting, and data management
Requirements:
• Previous administrative experience, ideally within construction, housing, or property management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Experience within social housing or a background in repairs is a plus
