Role Description
This is a full-time (40hrs) or part - time (30 hrs) on-site role as a Clinic Nurse located in London. Hours to cover are Monday - Friday, during day time hours only.
As a Clinic Nurse, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care within ROC Clinic, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Your day-to-day tasks will include independent travel consultations and vaccinations, independent health screening and occupational health checks, assisting the GP with consultations, providing nursing procedures & tests, managing vaccines and medications, maintaining accurate patient records, and participating in continuous professional development.
Home visits / employer visits may be necessary.
This role is suitable for a nurse with prior experience in travel health and occupational health screening and / or a background as a practice nurse. You must be comfortable to work alone, at times with little or no supervision, and be able to escalate in line with clinic protocols when necessary.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse qualification with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
* Proven experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting, preferably in a private healthcare environment
* Excellent knowledge of clinical procedures and protocols
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
* Ability to work independently and without supervision
* Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands
* Willingness to participate in continuous professional development
* Experience with Occupational Health or VIP Health Services is a plus
