Job Summary

Working Hours
* 4 days per week / 8 days per fortnight.
* Early shifts start between 07:15‑08:20 and finish between 17:25‑19:05.
* Late shifts start between 10:15‑12:10 and finish between 21:05‑22:05, giving 9.40‑hour days.
* Shift times vary according to the location of the session.
Responsibilities
* Greet donors and support them through the donation process.
* Check donors in on our systems and ensure their comfort during and after donation.
* Maintain accurate records, handle blood products safely, and keep the session environment ready.
* Drive equipment lorry – full training provided.
* Work on your feet, lift and move items, and collaborate with a close‑knit, supportive team.
About You
* Experience dealing with the public.
* Experience delivering quality customer service.
* Willing to learn new technology skills and undergo digital training.
Qualifications & Training
* Good standard of numeracy and literacy.
* Willingness to undertake development and training, including completion of the Skills for Health Care Certificate.
* Valid full UK Driving Licence (Manual) with no more than 6 penalty points (provisional licences will not be accepted).
