As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to lead the team and uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Position: Registered Manager
Location: Aylsham
Salary: £37,500
As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating home care services for individuals who require assistance with activities of daily living. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of compassionate and person-centered care, managing care plans, and supervising home care staff. Your leadership will be instrumental in promoting the well-being and safety of our clients while fostering a positive work environment for our team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide strong leadership to branch staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
* Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate branch staff members, including caregivers, nurses, administrative staff, and other personnel.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, client intake, care planning, and service coordination.
* Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures governing home care services.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and referral sources.
* Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality care services.
* Manage the branch budget and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
* Mitigate risks related to client care, staff safety, and regulatory compliance.
* Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in home care services.
Skills and Attributes:
* Previous management experience within a domiciliary care setting is essential.
* Excellent business acumen with a strong desire to develop and grow the service.
* Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards.
* Good leadership skills with effective communication abilities.
* Full UK driving license.
Education and Qualification:
* Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
