3. Perform general maintenance and repairs to ensure the facilities are well-maintained and safe.
4. Monitor and address any health and safety concerns promptly.
5. Ensure that the premises are clean, tidy, and secure at all times.
6. Carry out basic checks on equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning.
7. Assist with setting up rooms and facilities for events or daily operations.
8. Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
9. Support the team in managing deliveries and stock control when required.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Caretaker should have:
