A globally recognised financial firm based in the City of London is looking to hire a talented and experienced Head of End User Computing (people management, stakeholder management, strategy, customer service, blue-chip). My client is looking for someone who has managed in excess of 20 engineers and who has a strong background in improving customer service, implementing performance metrics and IT strategy.
Daily responsibilities of the Head of End User Support / Head of End User Computing will include: IT Strategy – replacing existing hardware with bleeding-edge technology, implementing performance metrics to improve customer service and delivery. Creating new processes to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the End User Support function.
To be considered for the Head of End User Support / Head of End User Computing role you will require the following skill-set:
* Degree educated
* People management
* Relationship management
* Stakeholder management
* Strong customer service skills
* From a technical support background
