Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 13:00 – 21:30 (30-minute break)
Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday / Tuesday–Saturday (alternating weekly)
Overview
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Support (CSS) Operative to join a fast-paced transport environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and solid PC proficiency who are comfortable working in a busy, busy transport office environment setting.
Key Duties
* Debriefing drivers via telephone and face-to-face
* Managing customer queries and providing accurate information
* Handling email communications and updating spreadsheets
* Scrutinising operational data and ensuring accuracy
* Supporting internal teams in a high-activity environment
Candidate Requirements
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Confident computer user with competent knowledge of spreadsheets and email systems
* Ability to work under pressure with high levels of accuracy
* Comfortable in a busy, constantly moving operational environment
