Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional, customer-focused service
2. Ensure customer needs are satisfied and promote a world-class service across the company
3. Utilise CRM systems to record interactions and track complaint resolutions
4. Adhere to customer service standards, policies, and procedures
5. Handle queries promptly and effectively, verifying understanding and offering assistance
6. Maintain effective working relationships internally
7. Manage delivery bookings and follow-ups to notify customers of service issues
8. Provide quotes and input data into management systems
Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience
* Experience in logistics, transport, or freight
* Good IT knowledge
* Understanding of product and pricing schedules
* Effective customer query handling skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships
* Experience in customer account management
* Proficiency with management software
