We are working exclusively with a successful business in Worcester who are looking for a Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant to join the business to cover long term sickness.
The initial duration will be four weeks but this could be extended or go permanent.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in finance administration who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Pay & Benefits
* Paying: £13.75 per hour
* Duration: Temporary, full-time (38.5 hours per week)

You will be
* Processing a high volume of invoices
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Producing BACS payment runs
* Handling supplier queries efficiently
* Investigating and monitoring unallocated payments
* Ensuring all issues are resolved by month-end deadlines
* Assisting with other finance-related tasks as needed
The ideal candidate will have
* Previous experience in purchase ledger
* Knowledge of supplier statement reconciliations
* Ability to process large volumes of invoices accurately
* A professional telephone manner and strong teamwork skills
