* A Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing vendors, partners, and technical teams.
* Proven ability to develop and implement service delivery models for ERP transformation.
* Expertise in Oracle Fusion, HCM, and related modules.
* A background in the public sector, preferably within policing, is highly desirable.
* Must have resided in the UK continuously for a minimum of 5 years.

* Oversee the delivery of BPSS support services, maintaining agreed internal SLAs.
