Are you an experienced surveyor with a passion for improving homes and communities? We’re looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to support our ambitious investment and asset management strategies through high-quality surveying and data capture. What you’ll be doing: You’ll be responsible for conducting a range of technical property surveys to inform our strategic asset decisions. You will: Carry out stock condition, energy performance, asbestos re-inspection, and HHSRS surveys Analyse data to support investment planning and compliance Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery Validate survey data to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality assurance Provide technical advice to stakeholders and support continuous improvement in our surveying processes What we’re looking for: A relevant construction qualification (Level 4 or equivalent) Experience in asset-related surveys including energy and stock condition surveys Strong knowledge of health & safety and housing standards, including Decent Homes and HHSRS Excellent communication, IT, and stakeholder management skills A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North West Experience with electronic data capture and an understanding of value for money in service delivery will be advantageous. Interview Process: Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of a competency-based interview.
