Customer Service Coordinator – Key Accounts (BCO)

We are looking for a Customer Service Co‑ordinator – Key Accounts (BCO) to support our key customers by delivering a high‑quality, efficient service. Acting as a central point of contact, you will manage customer enquiries, coordinate with internal teams and ensure all activity is handled accurately and within agreed KPIs, contributing to a positive end‑to‑end customer experience.
How you will help us and what you can expect
1. Booking line deliveries and releasing merchant containers in line with customer instructions.
2. Ensure all documentation and funds (where appropriate) are received.
3. Manage containers off quay in accordance with commercial agreements.
4. Provide customer reports within agreed deadlines.
5. Invoice query resolution.
6. Contribute towards ideas & discussions for department evolution.
7. Utilise training plans to increase knowledge & experience.
