We are looking for a Sr. Partner Sales Engineer to become a key technical driver within our partner ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with strategic partners, including CTOs, architects, and pre-sales teams, enabling them to confidently position, sell, and deliver the CloudBees platform to their customers. You will also join a highly collaborative global Sales Engineering team, composed of experienced DevOps practitioners and technical leaders working together to solve complex enterprise challenges and drive innovation across our customer and partner landscape. Your mission is clear: Turn partners into CloudBees multipliers that generate pipeline, accelerate adoption, and deliver DevOps transformation at scale. Key Responsibilities Be the Technical Face of CloudBees for Strategic Partners Build trusted relationships with partner CTOs, architects, and pre-sales leaders Act as the go-to technical advisor for partner-led opportunities Represent CloudBees in partner events, workshops, and enablement sessions Accelerate Partner Success Support partners in qualifying, designing, and delivering CloudBees solutions Reduce friction in partner-led deals and accelerate time-to-market Contribute to early-stage discovery and solution architecture Enable the Partner Ecosystem Train partner pre-sales teams and consultants on CloudBees and DevOps best practices Deliver technical enablement programs and hands-on workshops Develop reference architectures and reusable customer use cases Co-Sell with Partners Support partner-sourced opportunities alongside CloudBees Sales Engineers Participate in joint discovery and technical qualification Help partners articulate business value, DevSecOps outcomes, and ROI Build Scalable Partner Offers Collaborate with partners to develop DevOps transformation offerings, such as: Jenkins modernization Enterprise DevSecOps governance CI/CD industrialization at scale Support partners in building high-value consulting services around CloudBees Working Conditions Hybrid - Full time Travel required Adjustments will be considered to accommodate individual needs in line with applicable equality and disability legislation.
