Objectives
* Complete all service and maintenance work of the highest quality and efficiency within manufacturer time schedules.
* Provide professional performance in all work activities to contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
* Support colleagues in the workshop with technical issues and innovations.
* Carry out comprehensive diagnosis and repairs of malfunctions.
* Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures relevant to your area of responsibility.
* Document diagnosis, repairs, service, and safety inspections.
* Promote the image of the product and the after-sales organization.
Key Requirements
* Must be Level 3 qualified with at least one year of work experience following apprenticeship.
* Class 1 or 2 license is desirable, as is IRTECH qualification.
