Responsibilities:
* Perform all administration duties related to Export/Import activities.
* Create invoices and documents for shipments to and from the UK.
* Liaise with freight companies to ensure correct and timely documentation.
* Raise and process purchase orders.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word (for editing documents and creating templates) and Excel (for pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP, and data formatting).
* Good understanding of Export/Import procedures.
