The Opportunity:
Are you an Agricultural or Property Lawyer with 2+ years PQE, looking for a rewarding and dynamic role? We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our experienced Agricultural Property team in Attleborough and/or Norwich.
About the Role:
Our team works with a diverse range of agricultural clients, including farmers, landowners, and rural businesses. You will handle various agricultural property matters and collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive legal advice. You will also have opportunities to contribute to business development and build strong client relationships.
What You'll Do:
1. Manage a variety of agricultural property transactions, including sales, purchases, tenancy advice, and easements.
2. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver holistic legal services.
3. Participate in business development activities, including client relationship management and event attendance.
4. Apply your expertise to develop innovative solutions for clients in the agricultural sector.
What We're Looking For:
1. At least 2 years PQE in agricultural property law or relevant transactional experience.
2. Interest in agriculture and a good understanding of sector-specific issues.
3. Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building lasting client relationships.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and with other professionals like surveyors.
6. Knowledge of land use regulations and environmental considerations relevant to agriculture.
7. Attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach to legal challenges.
