Customer Success Executive - Fintech | Capital Markets | Treasury

We are searching for a Customer Success Executive in the UK who will
* Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of key financial institutions
* Guide clients across their full journey - from onboarding through long term adoption and satisfaction
* Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Support, and Product to drive strategic growth and retention
* Influence product direction by bringing customer feedback into the roadmap
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
* Knowledge of financial markets, fixed income, derivatives, forex, investment, trading, stocks
* Experience managing banks as customers
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.
