Conveyancing Assistant, West Midlands, Salary: GBP 25K – 30K DOE.

Responsibilities
* Prepare documentation for conveyancing transactions
* Manage key deadlines and coordinate with Fee Earners
* Handle confidential material sensitively
* Support the smooth running of a fast‑paced department
* Ensure clients receive a seamless and high‑quality service at every stage of their transaction
Qualifications
* Strong work ethic and excellent organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Previous experience in conveyancing preferred
* Comfortable working within a busy, dynamic team environment
* Professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to outstanding client care
* Eagerness to develop skills and grow within the department
