About the role We're on the lookout for a Partnerships Marketing Manager to play a leading role in delivering marketing strategies and campaigns with our partners, to increase awareness of the Superscript proposition as well as drive performance through lead acquisition. With big partnerships under our belt including Uswitch, Money.co.uk, Checkatrade, Amazon Business, TSB, Virgin Money, Starling Bank and many more to come, there's no better time to join What you'll get up to: Work closely with the Partnerships team to agree partner marketing plans for implementation Present confidently to our partners to support acquisition and gain buy-in for marketing initiatives Deal directly with partners to support ongoing deliver key marketing initiatives and support long term growth of the partnership Use data and analytics to identify key insight and opportunities for partner referrals Refine our planning process, workflows and performance metrics for partner marketing proposals Support and manage our Partnerships Marketing Executive to grow and develop in their role Oversee flawless and timely execution of agreed plans, including: briefing internal marketing channels owners (creative, copywriting, social media, CRM, PR etc); owning the critical path; working with marketing colleagues to ensure timely delivery of assets; budgeting and spend management Review partners' promotional content for Superscript on their site and other owned channels/collateral, and ensure curation of the most relevant and up-to-date assets and messaging Contribute to wider marketing plans, using your unique knowledge and experience of strategies that work for partners to inform marketing team ideation/brainstorms and strategy planning About you: Background in a partner marketing/partnerships development role with evidence of delivering customer acquisition through partnerships, or adjacent experience in a client facing marketing account management role Evidenced knowledge of marketing disciplines, especially across digital channels Detail-oriented with a demonstrable ability to leverage data to uncover customer insight and identify opportunities for growth Able to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally to drive growth in our partner channels Exemplary project management skills with the ability to multitask A team player that enjoys collaborating in a cross-functional setting A creative thinker and problem solver Strategic yet willing to be hands on Experience of people management In return, we offer you: A competitive salary and the ability to grow your career at the UK's leading Insurtech An amazing team and founders, supportive board and investors 25 days holiday - so there's plenty of time for work, rest and play Hybrid way of working for the perfect work / life balance Vitality private health and dental insurance Great pension (up to 10% on top of your salary) Full access to Spill, our mental health platform Cycle to work scheme Latest Apple tech gear & everything you need to be set up for success Fun, modern and informal office environment with regular team social events ️ Central London location
