Part-Time Office Manager - 2 Days/Week (Flexible Days, Mon-Fri)

Are you a friendly, organised, and proactive individual looking for a part-time opportunity in a dynamic office environment? We’re seeking an Office Manager to join our team for 2 flexible days per week (Monday to Friday). This is a key front-of-house role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and service professionals, ensuring the smooth and professional running of our office.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Answering and directing telephone calls with professionalism and discretion
* Greeting and assisting guests, visitors, and service professionals
* Keeping internal contact lists up to date via Outlook
* Following reception procedures and reporting any issues affecting office operations
* Supporting other departments with general administrative tasks
* Managing office stationery and consumables, including ordering and stock monitoring
* Coordinating meeting room bookings within the Rushmere facility
* Handling postal and courier arrangements, and distributing incoming mail
* Assisting with the organisation of company events
* Managing local meeting requirements (e.g. catering, equipment)
* Overseeing cleaning, security, and catering contracts
* Promoting environmentally friendly practices across office operations
What You’ll Need
* Previous experience in a receptionist, customer-facing, or administrative role
* A confident and professional telephone manner
* A well-presented, friendly, and articulate approach
* Ability to manage a switchboard and multitask effectively
