Your new role
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims.
* Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.
* Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
* Handle petty cash and banking transactions.
* Prepare financial reports as required.
* General administration alongside assisting with the purchase and sales ledger.
What you'll need to succeed
* Relevant experience working in a busy accounts team.
* Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
