The Role – Graduate Academic Mentor
As a Graduate Academic Mentor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning throughout the school. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering 1:1 and small group support to students who need academic or emotional assistance.
* Collaborating with teaching staff to plan and prepare engaging learning activities.
* Supporting the delivery of lessons and helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Assisting with homework clubs, revision sessions, and intervention programmes.
* Working closely with the SEN and pastoral teams to provide targeted support to vulnerable pupils.
* Acting as a positive role model and mentor, inspiring students to reach their full potential.
Who We’re Looking For – Graduate Academic Mentor

* Hold a 2:1 degree or above in a core subject such as Maths, English, Science, Humanities or related fields.
* Have strong GCSE and A-Level results.
