Our setting is a small, friendly 28-place nursery where every early years practitioner plays a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children to learn and thrive.
Current Opportunities:
Nursery Manager (Room-Based)
* 36–40 hours per week, with one day working from home
* Salary: £37,000
* This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior early years practitioner ready to step into a leadership role while remaining hands-on within the room.
Level 3 Room Lead – Ages 2–5
* Full-time (40 hours) or minimum 32 hours per week
* Salary: £26,000–£28,000 (negotiable)
* Ideal for an experienced early years practitioner who is confident leading a room and supporting children’s development.
Baby Room Practitioner / Room Lead (Level 2 or Level 3)
* 40 hours per week
* Salary: £26,000–£28,000
* Perfect for an early years practitioner who has a passion for working with babies and creating nurturing, responsive care routines.
Part-Time Early Years Practitioner (Afternoons)
* Monday to Thursday, 1:00pm–6:30pm
* £12.71 per hour
* A great opportunity for an early years practitioner seeking part-time hours while still making a meaningful impact.
Part-Time Early Years Practitioner (3 Days)
* 3 days per week, 7:30am–6:30pm (30 hours)
* £12.71 per hour
* Suitable for a flexible early years practitioner looking for a better work-life balance.
