Role overview and location details are provided during the application process. This job includes a rate of pay starting from £12.45 per hour, with the rate increasing to £13.66 in stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Hours and scheduling: we offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12) if preferred. Availability windows are used to schedule contracted hours; you will receive 3 weeks notice of your shifts. We aim to support flexibility where possible.
Responsibilities
* Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; delivering great natural service.
* Being passionate and knowledgeable about products and services in the store.
* Working across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
* Applying training to work safely, effectively and to serve customers well.
* Making decisions that are right for customers and delivering store routines accordingly.
* Participating in seasonal, community and charity events to create a welcoming atmosphere.
* Understanding store performance and how your role supports service, sales, waste reduction and profitability.
* Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in good condition.
* Representing the brand values and adhering to policies; being inclusive and welcoming to all.
* Occasionally accepting deliveries into the store.
