About the role: We are looking for an experienced Administrator (Client Care Coordinator) to join our busy and collaborative Litigation team in Cambridge. This role is ideal for someone who can bring a strong organisational ability to support a wide range of legal and operational activities. In this varied position,you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the team by providing high-quality administrative support. You will work closely with internal legal advisers, clients, and colleagues across the wider business. What this role would include: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the legal team. Assist with document control, scheduling, file management, and general office coordination. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Support process improvement and contribute to developing team capability. Adapt to changing priorities whilst maintaining excellent customer care. What we are looking for: While the following skills and qualifications are beneficial, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement: Significant administrative experience supporting busy teams. Ability to work in a planned, proactive and organised way, maintaining high attention to detail and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels. Experience within a legal environment is helpful, but not essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
