Warehouse Operative
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for our client based in Newport. Immediate starts are available following a successful interview process.
Our client is a leading distributor of plumbing and gas parts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business in a hands-on role with long-term potential.
Your role as a Warehouse Operative
1. Picking orders using manual pick sheets
2. Handballing items weighing between 15-25kg
3. Performing quality control checks
4. Booking items in and out of the warehouse
5. Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Requirements
6. Forklift experience (DESIRABLE)
7. Driving Licence (ESSENTIAL)
8. English literacy and good communication skills
9. Strong understanding of basic mathematics (counting, division, multiplication)
10. Physically fit and capable of manual handling
11. Reliable and punctual
12. Available to work part-time weekday shifts
Pay & Shifts
13. £12.42 per hour
14. Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 12:30
15. 30-minute paid break
