What you’ll be up to: Managing a portfolio of paid accounts across search, display and paid social Building strategies that go beyond clicks and impressions, driving growth that matters Owning budgets and making sure every pound works as hard as it can Running A/B tests, diving into analytics, and constantly looking for ways to improve performance Producing reports that don’t just show the numbers, but explain the “so what” behind them Collaborating with creatives, strategists and wider marketing teams to keep campaigns connected Supporting and mentoring junior team members, helping them develop as you progress too What we’re after: Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience running PPC campaigns ideally in an agency environment. Comfortable across multiple platforms (search, display, paid social). A proven track record of delivering performance gains. A sharp, commercial mindset with the confidence to explain decisions and results Clear communicator, able to effectively communicate to clients and keep your colleagues on the same page. Proactive and curious - always looking for the next test, trend or opportunity.
