Responsibilities for the Reliability Engineer Developing and implementing planned maintenance programmes to minimise equipment downtime and prevent failures Applying root cause analysis and advanced fault-finding to improve MTBF and MTTR metrics. Working with other teams and functions on site to drive continuous improvement across the whole engineering department. Supporting the engineering department's strategic vision for energy, equipment and asset care Creating SOPs and sharing engineering knowledge across the wider team Requirements for the Reliability Engineer NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline (or time-served apprenticeship) Proven experience in a reliability or maintenance role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, ideally within FMCG Experience with PLCs, MMI and SCADA systems Confident working cross-functionally and c...
