Job Advert This role blends hands‑on sales leadership with active outbound selling.
You’ll spend 50% of your time coaching, motivating, and developing a team of fuel card sales executives, and the other 50% actively selling on the phone, driving new business and setting the standard for performance.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, a natural motivator, and a proven closer who leads from the front.

Outbound Prospecting—Make outbound calls to SMEs and fleet operators to generate new fuel card business.
Consultative Selling— Understand customer needs, present tailored fuel card solutions, and overcome objections confidently.
Pipeline Ownership— Manage your own sales funnel from lead to close, ensuring consistent activity and conversion.
Target Achievement— Meet and exceed monthly revenue, volume, and acquisition targets.
What will you bring?
Proven sales leadership experience in a call‑centre or B2B outbound environment.
Strong phone‑based selling ability with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a team to high performance.
Excellent communication, objection‑handling, and negotiation skills.
Experience in the fuel card industry would be advantageous.
Highly organised, data‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, KPI‑focused environment.
