The Role
The main
purpose of the role will be to assist the restaurant team by ensuring the
smooth running of service, greeting the guests and answering all queries.
Full-time 35
hours per week.

Responsibilities
Receptionist
Duties:
* Deal with enquiries in a polite and
professional manner
* Answer calls correctly and
efficiently
* Meeting and greeting customers and
visitors
* Efficient allocation of seating
arrangement
* General ad-hoc duties when required
Key
Requirements
Experience in a
high-end restaurant is preferable
Strong customer
service attitude
Excellent
communication skills, and total fluency in English are essential
Ability to
prioritise and work to deadlines
Computer
literate with the ability to input data accurately
